Car Servicing for ladies at Abel Auto Repair.

At Able Auto Repair we strive to make it a female friendly environment. Melanie, who is new to the Repco Authorised Service team looks after our customer service department and is always going out of her way to make the customers (specially the ladies) feel right at home.

"We hold free training nights in car maintenance basics, vehicles and structures - especially for ladies. The goal is to demystify the whole car servicing process so that everyone can feel comfortable talking about or maintaining their car."

As well as basic car maintenance tips the courses give solid information on the things that owners need to know to keep their cars safe and reliable.

The courses have been a huge success and we will continue to hold such nights so women can become more familiar with their vehicles and know how to do the simpler things like change a tyre, fill washer bottles, do tyre air pressure and check their oil level. "We want women to feel just as comfortable as men when bringing their cars here" Melanie said, " and our technicians are always willing to go that extra mile to make the customer understand and feel a t ease and answer any questions they have"

The proprietor, Steve thinks Melanie is a huge asset to the business, "but she talks too much & gives away our profits!!"
